Join us for the Pacific Hills & New Hope Carnival on Saturday 23 May from 12–5pm as we celebrate this year’s theme, Hope with Joy. Enjoy a vibrant mix of rides, food stalls, games, performances, markets, carnival entertainment, a silent auction, and attractions including a petting zoo, pony rides, and face painting.

Event Information

When and where is the school fair being held?

The fair will take place on Saturday 23rd May 2026 at Pacific Hills Christian School, 9-15 Quarry Road, Dural, from 12pm – 5pm. We’re excited to see you there!

Is there an entry fee for the fair?

No, entry to the Fair is free for all! Activities, food and drinks will be available for purchase.

What should I bring to the fair?

We recommend bringing:

  • Sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses
  • A water bottle (refill stations available)
  • Comfortable shoes
  • Reusable bags for your purchases
  • Cash (though many vendors will accept cards)
  • A picnic blanket or portable chairs to relax in designated areas (though some will be provided).
What happens if it rains?

The fair will still go ahead! We have a wet weather plan in place. In the event of extremely poor weather a decision will be made the day prior and notification made available to the public via website and social media.

Amenities and Accessibility

Is the fair accessible?
Absolutely! The school grounds are wheelchair accessible, and accessible parking spaces and toilets are available. If you need additional assistance, please speak to our event staff on the day.
Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking will be available both onsite and at several locations around Pacific Hills. Please follow the signs and parking attendants for directions. Limited parking spaces, so carpooling is encouraged!

Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, strollers are welcome, and the school grounds are stroller friendly.
Are there any free events or activities?

Yes, we have a great range of free activities, including:

  • Roving Circus acts and a wonderous stage performance
  • Petting zoo and pony rides
  • Face painting
  • Performances by Pacific Hills and OneMaker Academy music and dance ensembles
What forms of payment are accepted at the fair?

Many vendors will accept both cash and card payments, with card payments being the preferred form of payment. However, if you prefer cash, please come prepared as there are no ATM’s or cash out facilities onsite.

Will there be water stations?
Yes, free water refill stations will be located around the school grounds. Please bring a reusable bottle to help us reduce plastic waste.
Are there toilets available?
Yes, there will be clearly marked toilet facilities, including accessible toilets, throughout the school grounds.
What food options will be available?

A variety of food stalls will offer everything from BBQ, Gozleme, Nachos, and Pizza. There will also be ice cream, beverages, and snacks available throughout the event.

Policies and Safety

Will there be first aid available?

Yes, we will have a first aid station on-site, located near the main entrance. Trained medical staff will be available for any emergencies.

Will there be security at the event?
Yes, we will have security personnel on-site to ensure the safety of all attendees. If you have any concerns, please approach one of our staff members or security officers.
Is there a lost and found?

Yes, the lost and found will be located at the Information tent near the entrance. If you lose something, please check there or ask one of our volunteers.

Are pets allowed at the fair?
For the safety of all attendees, pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please plan accordingly if you have a service animal with you.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own picnic, but we encourage you to check out the food stalls offering a wide range of options.
Are there any prohibited items?

Yes, there is no smoking, vaping or alcohol permitted on school grounds.
